  • Attend the Saturday morning dial session (listen and practice)
  • Begin Step 0D while awaiting carrier contracting approvals

✅ ONGOING GOAL: Attend all zoom meetings
WEEK 2
  • Track your activity and share on your spreadsheet every Friday
  • Start a weekly Standing A-Lead Order
  • Invite another 5+ friends to the next opportunity meeting
✅ GOAL: Book and run 15+ “review” appointments, line up 3 applications
✅ GOAL: Get 3 agents started and challenge each to bring 3
WEEK 3
  • Purchase your first batch of leads
  • Write & submit 3–4 applications from your activity to this point
  • Invite friends to the next opportunity meeting
✅ GOAL: Buy 50–100 leads for $300–$500
✅ GOAL: Issue pay 3 applications
✅ GOAL: Get 5+ new agents started
WEEK 4
  • Continue routine of booking appointments, writing policies and onboarding new agents
  • Use income to purchase another lead batch
✅ ONGOING GOAL: 20 appointments, 5 apps, 5 ICAs every week
WEEK 5
  • Continue routine of booking appointments, writing policies and onboarding new agents
  • Help your agents start selling
  • Purchase another batch of leads as standing A-lead order starts trickling in to replace the need to buy inventory leads

WEEKS 6–8
  • Continue routine of booking appointments, writing policies and onboarding new agents
  • Continue helping your agents sell and build
  • Continue tracking your numbers: ICAs, writers, qualified writers, team production
